1. Introduction

Welcome to CS2Cashout. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services. By accessing or using CS2Cashout, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By using CS2Cashout, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your country, state, or region. We may restrict or refuse service where required by law, risk controls, or platform policy.

3. Description of Service

CS2Cashout provides a digital item cashout service for eligible Counter-Strike 2 virtual items. Users may submit supported digital items for review and, where accepted, receive a quoted cashout offer.

CS2Cashout is not a gambling website, betting service, casino, loot box service, investment platform, financial institution, bank, or money management service. We do not offer wagering, games of chance, guaranteed profits, investment returns, or speculative trading products.

4. No Affiliation With Valve or Steam

CS2Cashout is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Valve Corporation, Steam, Counter-Strike, or Counter-Strike 2.

All trademarks, product names, game names, and company names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.

5. User Accounts and Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. You must not impersonate another person, use another person's account, or provide false or misleading information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, email account, Steam account, payment accounts, and devices. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

6. Digital Item Ownership

By submitting any digital item to CS2Cashout, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful holder of the item, that you have the right to transfer it, and that the item is not stolen, fraudulently obtained, disputed, restricted, or subject to any third-party claim.

We may reject, delay, or cancel any transaction if we believe an item may be linked to fraud, account compromise, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, sanctions risk, money laundering, or other suspicious activity.

7. Cashout Process

Cashout offers may depend on item type, condition, market demand, liquidity, payment method, fraud review, operational capacity, and other factors. Quotes are not final until expressly confirmed by CS2Cashout.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, delay, or cancel any offer before completion. We may require additional review before releasing payment.

8. Payments

Payments are made using the payment methods available on our platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, compliance checks, banking networks, crypto networks, technical issues, or other factors outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. CS2Cashout is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, bank details, account identifiers, or other payment information provided by you.

9. Fees, Rates, and Pricing

All prices, rates, quotes, and offers are subject to change at any time before final confirmation. Market values for digital items may fluctuate, and we do not guarantee any fixed price unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

Any applicable fees, deductions, or payment provider charges may be reflected in the final amount shown to you before confirmation.

10. Refunds, Cancellations, and Reversals

Due to the nature of digital item transfers, completed transactions may be final and non-reversible. We may cancel, delay, or reverse a transaction where permitted if we detect fraud, unauthorized activity, payment failure, technical error, or violation of these Terms.

If a transaction cannot be completed, we may return eligible digital items where technically and operationally possible, subject to third-party platform restrictions and risk review.

11. Prohibited Activities

You must not use CS2Cashout for fraud, money laundering, stolen goods, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, account takeover, market manipulation, bot abuse, spam, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

You must not attempt to bypass security checks, use false identities, exploit bugs, interfere with platform operations, scrape restricted areas, or submit items obtained through scams, phishing, theft, or unauthorized account access.

12. Compliance and Verification

We may request additional information to verify your identity, item ownership, payment details, source of items, or transaction legitimacy. We may refuse, delay, or cancel transactions if verification is not completed or if suspicious activity is detected.

We may maintain records of transactions, risk decisions, and security events as needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, and platform integrity.

13. Risk Disclosure

Digital items may be subject to market volatility, Steam trade holds, account limitations, marketplace rules, technical errors, API outages, third-party restrictions, and other risks outside our full control.

You acknowledge that CS2Cashout cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous item availability, specific cashout values, or successful third-party platform operations.

14. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms, payment processors, banks, crypto networks, marketplace data providers, hosting providers, and security tools. We are not responsible for delays, errors, restrictions, suspensions, outages, or failures caused by third parties.

15. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not interfere with the security, availability, integrity, or proper operation of the website or any related system.

16. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in suspicious activity, created legal or financial risk, or harmed CS2Cashout, our users, or third parties.

17. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS2Cashout shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of digital items, account restrictions, payment delays, third-party platform actions, or data loss.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CS2Cashout from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fees, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of any third-party rights.

20. Privacy

Your use of our services may involve the collection and processing of account, transaction, device, security, and payment-related information. We use this information to provide the service, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and protect platform integrity.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of CS2Cashout, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
